I’m not normally one to jump on the bandwagon. When I heard about people using habit trackers a while back, I really didn’t see how using one would help me. However, I’m 17 days in and already noticing a difference in my daily routine.
The habits I’m tracking this month are: exercise, flossing, no fast food, and taking my vitamins/RX. I created a google sheets spreadsheet (I’m highly obsessed with google sheets btw) to track my progress. Each day I exercise, I fill in the box that corresponds with the date I successfully performed said activity. YOU GUYS. I get so much satisfaction from filling in those little boxes. I love seeing them filled in, all in a row. For the month of January, I have worked out 13 out of 17 days so far. That may not sound like much, but that is HUGE for me.
Since I have had so much success with my habit tracker, I needed to spread the word! For anyone who is having trouble with consistency, I strongly suggest trying this. It’s free, it takes hardly any time, and you have nothing to lose. Let me know if you all decide to try it/how you like it 🙂
